    I’m using an app more than 1 year and couldn’t be happier. It’s not just an app, it becomes my daily routine, let’s say even a “friend”, something I am really happy to have. Because I become better with it. Not only physically but mentally as well ♥️ I love all the training, there are always some new once, some updates...🙏🏼💪🏼

    После первой беременности познакомилась с Кайлой, тогда у меня была «старинная» бумажная версия ее bbg. Как же быстро ее тренировки показали результат!!! Это просто вау было! Спустя где-то 8 месяцев после регулярных занятий запустились какие-то магические метаболические процессы, тело крепло и теряло жир на глазах, при этом становясь рельефным и красивым-никаких изнуряющих диет при этом (для меня важно). Потом была вторая беременность и снова +15 кг после неё. Уже появилось приложение. Для меня вообще не проблема английский язык, не проблема цена - этот качественный контент достоин и небольших усилий с английским (все спорт.термины легко запомнить), и потраченных денег. А с сопровождением в приложении заниматься веселее, чем по картинке )) Спасибо!!!

    Классное приложение,лучшее из многих,которые я видела.Лучшее и по контенту,и по цене.Все понятно,если заниматься,то легкие на первый взгляд упражнения,выматывают здорово.Я занимаюсь с Kayla Itsines.

    Очень много хороших тренировок. Разные направления, разные тренеры. На разные группы мышц. Разная сложность. Для зала и дома. !!!Но- очень жалко, что нет на русском. Хотелось бы, чтобы можно было добавить в избранное понравившиеся тренировки. Тяжело потом искать. Можно, конечно, добавить в календарь, но не удобно. Также невозможно повторить из календаря уже выполненную тренировку. Надеюсь, появится раздел- любимые тренировки!!! Поэтому и сняла одну звезду.
